There is a total of 11 villas divided into 5 types based on size and architectural set-up, but regardless of the type, each and every villa is unique and is a small world of its own. The design theme, color palette, furnishing, collection of art and antiques are created specifically for each villa.

Only local and 100% natural materials are used for the floors, walls, and roofs, recycled wood wherever possible. All the furniture is sourced in Bali. The only things imported are big screen TVs and kitchen equipment.

All the living spaces are open air, the bedrooms have as much glass walls as possible. The roofs are local tiles and alang-alang grass. The floors are combination of antique wood, Javanese marble and white palimanan stone. All the bathrooms are uniquely designed, with open air showers.

There are sofas and armchairs on every private terrace, and several dining areas on the main terrace and in the garden.

Every villa has a private swimming pool with generous terraces around it.
